For those of you who are in sunny Australia we are already into the full swing of summer and for those of you that are experiencing the cooler months of the year, either way fitness is probably on your mind! We all want to be looking our best, especially during the hot months of the year.
Whether it be so you can just feel healthy and be at your best, or so you can feel extra sexy in that little black dress, everyone has their reasons for wanting to keep fit.
It may be a gym workout, yoga, pilates, walking, running, or a spin class let’s be honest they are all a lot more fun if you look and feel cute! I personally love to workout in 3/4 tights, with a brightly coloured sports bra and tank on. Most of my work out gear is from Lulu Lemon and Lorna Jane. I currently have my eye on these amazing FLURO Nike sneakers…they will be mine one day!! I know that looking down while exercising and seeing those bright beauties would certainly make my work outs all the more fun!
